Refund Policy

Our work is custom and billed by milestone, so refunds are handled as follows.
Before work starts
If you cancel before work on a milestone has begun, any payment made for that milestone is refunded in full.
Work in progress
If you cancel during a milestone, you pay for the work completed up to that point and receive everything produced.
Completed milestones
Approved and delivered milestones are not refundable. If something we delivered does not match the agreed scope, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.
Third-party costs
Fees paid to Shopify, theme sellers, app developers or other third parties are subject to their own policies.
